About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee, coordinate, and manage activities and resources for an assigned project
  • Establish and implement project management processes to ensure project requirements are delivered effectively, within budget, in compliance with established standards, and within the specified time frame
  • Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
  • Work with clients to identify project objectives and establish project parameters, budgets, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Develop project plans and cost projections and make revisions as appropriate; identify and allocate resources and prioritize tasks to ensure objectives are met
  • Align project activities with organizational objectives; ensure project outcomes equate to organizational success
  • Coordinate the development of policies and procedures to meet project requirements
  • Interface with relevant parties to resolve problems, maintain progress, and ensure the success of the project
  • Informs management of key activities and makes periodic progress reports; maintains and ensures accuracy of project documents and reports.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in applicable job-related field
  • Four (4) years of project manager experience or equivalent combination of project manager education/experience
  • Knowledge of project management processes
  • Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills to interact with a wide range of constituencies
  • Ability to present information and respond to inquiries
  • Ability to clarify project objectives, goals, and the roles and responsibilities of participants
  • Ability to organize and manage resources.
