What you’ll need- B2B leadership in GTM Enablement or RevOps, including 5+ years at the VP level.
- Led functions serving 1,000+ users across Sales, Presales, Customer Success, and Partners.
- Proven track record in organizational restructuring with documented ROI.
- Designed KPI systems linking ramp time and productivity directly to revenue outcomes.
- Scaled enablement for GSIs, SIs, and ISVs to accelerate partner-sourced pipeline.
- Executed AI and adaptive learning initiatives with measurable gains in speed and effectiveness.
- Expert at aligning cross-functional C-suite stakeholders within complex environments.
- Managed diverse workforce models (FTE, contractor, and vendor).
- Multidisciplinary background spanning Enablement, RevOps, and Management Consulting.
- Experienced in $5B+ revenue environments, navigating complex stakeholder politics.
- Expert in designing governed content supply chains.
