  • Experience supporting federal, defense, or mission-driven clients (Nice to Have)
  • Knowledge of change management, stakeholder alignment, or risk mitigation (Nice to Have)
  • Ability to support organizational transitions, clarify expectations
  • Bachelor’s degree (Nice to Have)
  • PMP, SAFe, or similar program management certification (Nice to Have)
