About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage system infrastructure and applications as an automation engineer
- Develop and implement automation solutions
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with development and operations teams for infrastructure and application deployment and management
- Strengthen DevSecOps skills while supporting naval platforms
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience with supporting DoD or government agencies
- 3+ years of experience with troubleshooting, triaging, or resolving automation issues using Ansible or PowerShell
- Knowledge of Agile development
- Knowledge of automation tools including Ansible, version control systems including Git, operating systems including RHEL and Windows, and virtualization including VMware
- Ability to develop tools and processes to drive DevSecOps maturity by automating builds, regression testing, monitoring, and pushing releases across environments
- Ability to travel CONUS or OCONUS up to 25% of the time
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
