Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a next-generation compliance platform
Leverage the internal and external expertise on compliance frameworks like CMMC, FedRAMP, SOC 2, and PCI DSS
Identify and validate specific use cases where AI can automate time-consuming compliance tasks
Conduct deep market research on the emerging AI compliance landscape
Translate complex regulatory requirements and user needs into detailed, prioritized product requirements
Serve as the primary product leader, driving alignment and collaboration across teams
Partner with Data Science and Engineering to define data ingestion, labeling, security, and governance strategies
Spend significant time engaging with target customers to gather feedback and validate prototypes
Own, prioritize, and manage the platform product backlog
Work closely with engineering and technical product leads to define system design and architecture

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in technology product management with revenue-generating products
Experience analyzing and solving problems
Ability to manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond
Ability to thrive in fast-moving startup environments and effectively lead change
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
