About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and inspire a diverse, global team of service sales executives, consultants, and engagement managers
- Drive the transition from bespoke services to scalable service products and packages
- Own the P&L for the Professional Services organization, balancing profitability with long-term customer outcomes
- Actively integrate AI into our delivery methodology to reduce manual effort
- Oversee the 'Deal to Delivery' supply chain, ensuring that what Sales promises, Delivery can execute flawlessly
- Establish rigorous Quality Assurance standards for all global deployments
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years in Professional Services leadership, overseeing both Sales and Delivery
- Proven track record of managing multi-regional teams and navigating international markets
- Expertise in 'productizing' services—creating tiered packages that optimize customer ROI
- Deep understanding of the AI landscape and a history of implementing automation in service workflows
- Master of the 'handoff'—experienced in building workflows that bridge Deployment and Support
