About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, maintain, and manage LS Cable's sales in a defined territory
Manage independent sales representative organizations, sales to distribution, distribution sales to contractors, and end users
Execute technical specification activities to increase brand image and brand identity for LS Cable products
Conduct targeted customer calls, technical presentations, and speaking engagements
Coordinate efforts with LS Cable manufacturers' representatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
Minimum of 7 years relevant electrical cable industry experience and/or training
Current familiarity and contacts in the designated territory are required
Market knowledge of the electrical wire and cable for commercial and industrial applications
Superior communication (written and verbal) talents, presentation, and negotiation skills
General technical comprehension of the properties and standards for electrical wire and cable
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from top management, clients, and customers
Ability to analyze pricing and contribution margin
Ability to derive an optimal solution
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
