Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and optimize sales and partnership operations through effective program and process management.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting and dashboard tools to support forecasting, pipeline management, and key performance tracking.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, business readiness, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain sales content, tools, and playbooks to support consistent, effective selling.
  • Create high-quality, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations that translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Drive processes within EWS to support activities core to successful sales and partnership efforts.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in a quantitative/reporting Sales Operations, Sales Enablement and/or Financial Planning and Analysis function.
  • Education and experience typically obtained through completion of an Undergraduate Degree in Business, Marketing, Consulting, Finance, Economics or Accounting.
  • Proficiency with sales processes and related development of sales force performance.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with track record of leveraging progressive technologies to drive Sales reporting/KPIs.
  • Excellent ability to influence and consult with internal partners and processes.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • Demonstrates professionalism.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com and MS Excel for data analysis, forecasting/modeling and reporting.
