About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and optimize sales and partnership operations through effective program and process management.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting and dashboard tools to support forecasting, pipeline management, and key performance tracking.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, business readiness, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain sales content, tools, and playbooks to support consistent, effective selling.
- Create high-quality, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations that translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
- Drive processes within EWS to support activities core to successful sales and partnership efforts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 8 years’ experience in a quantitative/reporting Sales Operations, Sales Enablement and/or Financial Planning and Analysis function.
- Education and experience typically obtained through completion of an Undergraduate Degree in Business, Marketing, Consulting, Finance, Economics or Accounting.
- Proficiency with sales processes and related development of sales force performance.
- Strong leadership capabilities with track record of leveraging progressive technologies to drive Sales reporting/KPIs.
- Excellent ability to influence and consult with internal partners and processes.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- Demonstrates professionalism.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and MS Excel for data analysis, forecasting/modeling and reporting.
