About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the company’s secure remote access group within the broader Application Delivery Networking team by implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise remote access solutions
Assist in deploying solutions based on Zero Trust principles, including ZTNA and SASE, while helping ensure compliance and reliability across hybrid and cloud environments
Work under the guidance of senior engineers to resolve issues, support automation efforts, and follow established operational procedures
Collaborate with security, network, and application teams, maintain documentation, and stay current with emerging technologies related to Zero Trust operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience with enterprise remote access, VPN, or Zero Trust technologies
Experience supporting or working within technical teams
Experience with remote access monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting tools
Knowledge of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) principles and technologies
Knowledge of SASE platforms and cloud-delivered security services
Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, routing fundamentals, firewall policies, and identity-based access controls
Ability to follow operational procedures and support compliance with security policies
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
HS diploma or GED
