About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- oversee the delivery of high volume, high impact emergency incident response engagements
- partner with clients to gather scoping information, deliver updates, and resolve issues
- help manage their cyber crisis
- coordinate multiple Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) team activities
- lead the Agile development of a project roadmap, milestones, and metrics to track progress
- ensure that the cyber crisis response activities remain on track and client needs are met
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience with progressive project management
- experience in cyber incident response or digital forensics
- experience supporting the cybersecurity industry in a privacy law firm or cybersecurity incident response environment
- experience with project management and PMO processes, including project planning, resource planning, monthly finance projections, and change requests
- ability to pick up in-flight projects and drive to completion
- ability to communicate abstract and technical concepts to multiple types of customers and law firms
- ability to pivot and respond to unpredictability and challenging chaos from the customer
- ability to work well in cross-functional teams, analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, and communicate effectively and confidently
- ability to read, stay ahead of, and de-escalate customers in crisis scenarios
- HS diploma or GED
