About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • oversee the delivery of high volume, high impact emergency incident response engagements
  • partner with clients to gather scoping information, deliver updates, and resolve issues
  • help manage their cyber crisis
  • coordinate multiple Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) team activities
  • lead the Agile development of a project roadmap, milestones, and metrics to track progress
  • ensure that the cyber crisis response activities remain on track and client needs are met

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience with progressive project management
  • experience in cyber incident response or digital forensics
  • experience supporting the cybersecurity industry in a privacy law firm or cybersecurity incident response environment
  • experience with project management and PMO processes, including project planning, resource planning, monthly finance projections, and change requests
  • ability to pick up in-flight projects and drive to completion
  • ability to communicate abstract and technical concepts to multiple types of customers and law firms
  • ability to pivot and respond to unpredictability and challenging chaos from the customer
  • ability to work well in cross-functional teams, analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, and communicate effectively and confidently
  • ability to read, stay ahead of, and de-escalate customers in crisis scenarios
  • HS diploma or GED
