Requirements

3+ years of experience administering Kubernetes clusters in production environments
Experience with Helm charts, Kustomize, or Operators for deploying and managing applications on Kubernetes
Experience with GitOps workflows using tools such as ArgoCD, Flux, or GitLab CI / CD for infrastructure and application delivery
Experience with Elastic Cloud on Kubernetes ( ECK ) or deploying or managing stateful applications on Kubernetes
Experience building and maintaining CI / CD pipelines for infrastructure-as-code deployments
Experience with monitoring and observability tooling such as Prometheus or Grafana, for platform health and SLA dashboards
Knowledge of Linux systems administration and container troubleshooting, including logs, networking, and resource constraints
Ability to identify, prioritize, and remediate technical debt across platform environments such as refactoring, dependency upgrades, and deprecated API migration
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
