About the role
- Lead strategic and day to day operations in the ACH area
- Ensure optimal processing processes and technology solutions
- Lead continuous improvement practices for new and existing processing protocols
- Maintain communications with management, staff, and third party partners
- Ensure compliance and risk management for all ACH transactions and processes
- Provide leadership through coaching, mentoring and development of management, and employees
- Recruit, develop, mentor, lead and manage a high performing team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience
- 10 or more years Supervisory experience in Bank Operations
- 5 or more years ACH Processing
