About the role

  • Identify and source RFP opportunities that are aligned with business growth goals
  • Manage RFP activities from initial receipt through final submission, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
  • Coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams (Sales, Solution Consulting, Product, Implementation, Strategy, IT Security, Marketing etc.) to develop winning responses
  • Transform complex information into persuasive written content, clearly articulating value proposition and differentiation
  • Draft response deliverables, manage project workflows, and conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance
  • Effectively handle a workload that includes multiple proposal assignments and other projects, consistently meeting deadlines
  • Maintain deep knowledge of commercial banking products and services
  • Format, proofread, and edit all proposed deliverables for accuracy, clarity, and a polished appearance with final oversight to be done by Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience
  • 3 or more years commercial banking, financial services, and/or a related industry such as procurement/sourcing
  • 3 or more years Request For Proposal (RFP) process management including a track record with complex RFPs
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines at the same time
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines
  • Able to manage complex RPFs and proposals
  • Proficiency in RFP management tools such as Loopio or Qvidian (Preferred)
