- 30+ years of experience in testing and analyzing ICBM systems
- Experience with the Air Force Sentinel, Ground Based Strategic Deterrent, ICBM system
- Experience with Air Force nuclear weapon systems
- Knowledge of system engineering and test principles
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Top Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering
