Specify requirements for new data flows and coordinate with data flow service providers
Define processes, business rules, and functional requirements for mission systems supporting data flow
Work closely with customers and stakeholders to plan and implement dataflows for critical cyber missions
Broaden skills into areas like cross-domain technologies and concepts, data handling and tagging, and data schema development and validation
Merge system engineering and mission data governance to create modernized processes and systems supporting enterprise data flow

Requirements

7+ years of experience working on contracts for the federal government
Experience with data flow, Apache NiFi, or mission systems
Experience defining and applying data tagging and handling requirements
Experience analyzing and defining data schemas and data processing requirements
Experience developing capability level and functional requirements, mission scenarios, use cases, or business processes
Knowledge of data governance concepts, such as data provenance, classification, sizing, retention, data sharing, and marking
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor’s degree in an IT Engineering field and 7+ years of experience with systems engineering, or 12+ years of experience with systems engineering in lieu of a degree
