Assist a team of procurement professionals by managing a portfolio of subcontract agreements and direct procurement requirements
Balance multiple priorities to help clients address their current and emerging needs effectively
Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers
Ensure sourcing requirements are met promptly and to high standards
Work directly with leaders throughout the organization on procurement activities
Support procurement strategies aligning with the organization’s goals
Meet performance expectations ensuring alignment with the market account managers’ business strategies
Analyze your portfolio to identify opportunities for improvement and drive operational efficiency
Prepare and present regular reports on procurement performance
Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors

Requirements

5+ years of experience in project coordination, supply chain, subcontracts, purchasing, logistics, or operations
3+ years of experience in federal procurement or subcontract management
Experience working directly with suppliers and their sub-tiers with product delivery
Experience with contract management software and tools, and procurement software and tools, such as ERP systems and e-procurement platforms
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to function independently as a self-starter
Ability to collaborate with program leadership and stakeholders to drive delivery of procurements
Ability to manage work efficiently
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
