About the role

  • Manage field logistics and ensure compliance with engineering standards
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents for operational support
  • Oversee project work accuracy and monitor costs
  • Prepare and approve supplier purchase orders
  • Validate, reconcile, and maintain accurate billing quantities
  • Identify out of scope work for change orders
  • Produce drafts and maintain project logs
  • Schedule and manage utility meetings
  • Prepare change orders and manage trucking logs
  • Conduct on-site safety observations and prepare safety/QA/QC plans
  • Track production and assist with estimating duties
  • Participate in business development events

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field
  • 1-3 years of estimating and managing projects experience in related scope of work, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior experience using construction software is a plus.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret project plans and specifications.
  • Valid motor vehicle record appropriate for the position.
