- 10+ years of experience with Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) engineering and installation standards
- 10+ years of experience with Antarctica communications systems engineering requirements for environmental and logistical challenges
- Knowledge of NIWC's Polar Project team
- Ability to develop engineering installation plans and project milestones
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
