Lead and oversee data linkage projects involving large and complex datasets, data transfer, processing, and harmonization activities
Ensure compliance with Federal security policies, procedures, and standards
Develop and optimize linkage algorithms and evaluate linkage accuracy using statistical metrics
Provide risk management, quality assurance, and maintain data security for Federal datasets
Communicate effectively with stakeholders through clear verbal and written communication

Requirements

5+ years of experience as project or task lead
2+ years of experience with data related projects, including maintaining data security for Federal datasets
experience with statistical and analytical work, including evaluating linkage accuracy and optimizing algorithms
experience with cloud services and data engineering
experience leading tasks or projects at or for a Federal agency or organization
knowledge of data linkage methodologies, including deterministic and probabilistic, including POI and PPRL
knowledge of Federal security policies, procedures, and standards
Doctorate degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Statistics, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or Behavioral Research
