Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the systems engineering of Department of War products
- Experience in leading the development of technical strategies and technical team skill development plans
- Experience with developing systems engineering plans, identifying risks, and developing mitigation plans
- Experience developing reference architectures and modeling IT systems
- Knowledge of facilitating reviews and managing action items
- Knowledge of risk management and defining mitigation plans
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering
- Secret clearance
