- Deliver satellite communications (SATCOM) network needs
- Develop, upgrade, and sustain a worldwide SATCOM system
- Increase security, reliability, and availability for mission-critical network systems
- Optimize client operations and modernization
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on mission-critical projects
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with IP networking design and troubleshooting
- 3+ years of experience architecting and designing complex DoD network systems
- 3+ years of experience with Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls setup and configuration
- 3+ years of experience with network and firewall troubleshooting or problem-solving
- 3+ years of experience configuring and troubleshooting IPv6 or IPSec VPNs
- Knowledge of routing protocols and networking technologies such as BGP, MPLS, VLAN, IP Multicast, IP QoS, IPV6, or IPSec
- Ability to initiate, manage, execute, and report tasks independently, and communicate complex network principles and designs to clients
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, or Engineering field
