Lead performance assessments and advise government stakeholders
Improve program outcomes across large-scale development and test efforts
Analyze cost, schedule, and performance data to assess program health and forecast outcomes
Integrate technical, cost, and schedule data into a comprehensive picture of program execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including program managers, systems engineers, cost estimators, schedulers, and acquisition professionals
Support briefings and develop clear presentations for senior government leadership

Requirements

2+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or Schedule Analysis and Program Control
Experience developing and evaluating EVM and schedule metrics over a Navy acquisition program lifecycle
Experience with EVM and Schedule analysis tools such as wInsight
Experience collecting and analyzing EVM and schedule data
Experience leading and supporting Compliance Analysis, Performance Analysis, Predictability Analysis, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), and EVM-specific training
Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
Ability to work in a classified environment such as a SCIF or SAPF
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree in an Economics, Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field
