Lead an engineering team in developing and deploying digital cross domain solutions
Capture, define, and understand user and security requirements
Coordinate system development and fielding activities
Plan and design cross-domain data flows and assist with user training
Support efforts to accredit systems following the Risk Management Framework

Requirements

Experience developing requirements, including capability and system-level requirements
Experience developing technical written deliverables for a system delivery or deployment effort
Experience with online collaboration and work tracking tools such as Atlassian Suite, including Jira or Confluence and ServiceNow
Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and 5+ years of experience in engineering, or 12+ years of engineering experience in lieu of a degree
Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II Certification within 6 months of start date
