- Develop training that transforms the Department of Defense (DoD)
- Construct interactive courses and performance support tools

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in computer-based training (CBT), interactive courseware (ICW), or Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI)
- Experience in bounded Agile environments
- Ability to translate technical content into instructional or TM content
- Ability to pivot between several different product lines or unique projects
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
