About the role

  • Monitor the ATM network across the company using electronic monitoring tools
  • Troubleshoot issues for solutions in a call center environment
  • Provide technical and hardware assistance
  • Oversee implementation of upgrades and new system capabilities
  • Manage and resolve escalated software and hardware issues
  • Train new employees and guide team members
  • Act as first point of contact for ATM hardware and technical assistance
  • Document and track interactions using ITSM

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience in computer science, Information Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5 or more years ATM management and banking experience
  • 1 or more years business process analysis and software support, collection, and writing business and functional requirements in support of technology investment, preferably within the financial services sector
  • ITIL knowledge or certification preferred
