About the role

  • Develop and implement data standards to ensure data integrity and compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into data policies
  • Analyze data and business processes to identify gaps and inconsistencies in data standards and policies
  • Monitor compliance with data standards and policies and report on performance
  • Utilize project management skills to support documentation needs, run collaboration meetings, ensure action items are tracked, and translate feedback into written policy and implementation plans

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT project delivery or project management
  • Experience with data governance principles, data privacy, and data protection
  • Experience with data sharing agreements and records management
  • Knowledge of regulations, requirements, and guidance associated with public health data standards
  • Ability to translate complex topics into actionable requirements
  • Ability to quickly grasp and implement new concepts, frameworks, and technologies
  • Ability to efficiently and effectively prioritize and plan workload to meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree
