Lead the company's secure remote access group within the broader Application Delivery Networking team
Provide technical direction, design guidance, and operational oversight
Implement and maintain enterprise remote access solutions based on Zero Trust principles, including ZTNA and SASE
Ensure compliance and reliability across hybrid and cloud environments
Mentor engineers and serve as the escalation point for complex issues
Drive automation and process improvements
Collaborate with security, network, and application teams, document procedures, and evaluate emerging technologies to advance Zero Trust operations

Requirements

5+ years of experience with enterprise remote access, VPN, or Zero Trust technologies
Experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior engineers
Experience in Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) principles and technologies
Experience with SASE platforms and cloud-delivered security services
Experience with remote access monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting tools
Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, routing protocols, firewall policies, and identity-based access controls
Ability to develop and enforce operational procedures and ensure compliance with security policies
HS diploma or GED
