About the role
- Lead efforts to implement AI Ops capabilities
- Support government initiatives and enterprise monitoring solutions
- Leverage AI to triage and resolve incidents
- Make suggestions to human counterparts
- Drive down operational costs while increasing overall system availability
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with integration engineering
- 4+ years of experience in an AI Architect or consultant role
- Experience in developing governance frameworks for AI initiatives
- Experience with Enterprise monitoring tools
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of the AI landscape, including generative AI and emerging technologies
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or 20+ years of experience
