About the role

  • Lead efforts to implement AI Ops capabilities
  • Support government initiatives and enterprise monitoring solutions
  • Leverage AI to triage and resolve incidents
  • Make suggestions to human counterparts
  • Drive down operational costs while increasing overall system availability

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with integration engineering
  • 4+ years of experience in an AI Architect or consultant role
  • Experience in developing governance frameworks for AI initiatives
  • Experience with Enterprise monitoring tools
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of the AI landscape, including generative AI and emerging technologies
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or 20+ years of experience
