Support Quality Assurance activities within Information Technology
Contribute to the validation of technology solutions by applying a disciplined approach to testing
Collaborate with business and technology partners to review requirements, assess testability, and ensure solutions meet defined quality standards
Oversee Line of Business testing to strengthen audit traceability
Perform Quality Assurance Testing (QAT) and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Identify issues and recommend solutions to enable the project team to achieve its objectives
Work with IT stakeholders, business users, and external service providers across diverse delivery models
Participates in Agile ceremonies

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience
3 or more years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance testing and analysis
2 or more years of experience in the financial services sector, with direct involvement in testing banking transactions and applications (preferred)
ISTQB Certification (preferred)
Automation Certification (preferred)
Scrum Master (preferred)
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps and HP QC ALM
Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
