About the role
- manage the development, implementation and performance of one or more assigned Treasury Management banking products
- serve as the subject matter expert for the assigned product
- develop and implement overall product strategy
- lead product development process, establish milestones, timelines, conduct/oversee testing
- develop product implementation schedule, determine target markets, marketing strategies and introductory communications
- coordinate the day-to-day efforts of external partners
- evaluate Treasury Management product performance
- develop remedial recommendations to address any weaknesses or improve product performance
- lead, oversee and direct the activities of other Product Managers, product-dedicated staff or work teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business, marketing or other applicable. (Required)
- 5 or more years Product Management in Treasury Management . (Required)
- 7 or more years Banking, marketing or project management within financial services. (Preferred)
