About the role

  • Lead the successful delivery of multiple client technology solutions simultaneously.
  • Oversee planning, scope, schedule, quality, resources and budgets to meet solution goals while ensuring high levels of client and team satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through clear communications.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops and translate business needs into actionable plans.
  • Assist Sales in the development of solutions and strategies to solve client problems and grow business within key customer accounts.

Requirements

  • Strong project management background with 8+ years of experience with at least the last 5 with enterprise technology solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination and/or experience in related field.
  • Client Relationship Management. Skilled in building and maintaining client relationships, fostering client trust and establishing strong working relationships.
  • Own, Plan and Lead. Proven track record of taking ownership to identify and bring solutions to challenges.
  • Technology Background with Eagerness to Learn. Experience leading IT Solutions, Application Development and Integrations, Enterprise Output Management and Content Lifecycle Management.
  • Communication, Collaboration and Facilitation. Strong written, verbal, and facilitation skills with ability to communicate succinctly.
  • Contracts and Deal Structure. Practical knowledge defining core elements of an opportunity within a formal contract framework.
  • Business and Financial Acumen. Knowledge and understanding of basic business financials with the ability to manage project budgets and utilization.
  • Technical Proficiency. Skilled in tools like Rally, Monday.com, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and collaboration platforms like MS Teams.
  • Flexible and Travel-Ready. Self-directed, able to multi-task, and open to travel up to 25% based on business needs.
