Lead the civil health account’s long-term strategic business objectives and the day-to-day financial management of the overall business
Engage regularly with senior executives at the company and lead discussions and activities required to achieve the account’s financial goals
Coordinate the activities of an approximately 30+ person program finance team in the health account, including managing and implementing a bottom-up forecasting process
Identify and manage risk effectively in accordance with the company's ERM process
Lead in alignment with the company's values while creating a cohesive community of practice filled with development and learning opportunities amongst the finance talent base

Requirements

10+ years of experience with leadership in the accounting and finance function of a high-performing company
Experience with leading the finance function of a company, including best practices in annual planning and financial analysis
Experience with managing the financial operations of a services business
Experience with finance and accounting at a government services provider, including FAR, CAS, and DCAA compliance
Experience with leading an FP&A function for a government services provider
Knowledge of ERP accounting systems, including Oracle
Ability to identify, recruit, motivate, coach, develop, lead, advise, direct, and retain a robust team in a collaborative environment
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
