About the role

  • Collaborate on Data Science projects with business stakeholders
  • Explore data and the implementation of varied data-driven methods to impact enterprise-level strategy
  • Apply advanced analytics and machine learning during implementation
  • Extract and transform data from multiple sources
  • Deploy tools to integrate, report, and interpret large data sets
  • Complete model risk management documents when required
  • Apply supervised and unsupervised learning methods to glean meaningful information from various data
  • Serve as a data subject matter expert and improve data literacy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience in applied math, statistics, computer science, engineering, econometrics, or related field (Required)
  • Master's Degree or the equivalent experience in applied math, statistics, computer science, engineering, econometrics, or related field (Preferred)
  • 5 or more years data mining, machine and/or deep learning algorithms, large datasets and complex relational data models (structured and/or unstructured) (Required)
  • 5 or more years programming with Python (Preferred)
  • 3 or more years experience with TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Keras, Torch and NLP libraries (Preferred)
  • 3 or more years experience with NLP techniques such as tokenization (Preferred)
  • 2 or more years Cloud computing experience (Preferred)
  • Working knowledge of various supervised and unsupervised learning methods (Required)
  • Working knowledge of machine learning/deep learning techniques, applications, and libraries (Required)
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure with the ability to utilize API endpoints (Required)
  • Effective communications skills and ability to articulate recommendations to varied audiences (Required)
