About the role
- Provide technical and project management leadership in the national security space arena
- Oversee a technical team
- Work closely with the client and contractors
- Rapidly onboard, develop, and deploy operational capabilities
- Manage schedule, cost, performance, and staffing
- Lead Agile development of a project roadmap
- Establish project milestones
- Implement metrics to track progress
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working in or with IC organizations
- 6+ years of experience with program management
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a STEM field
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Master’s degree in Business or a STEM field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
