About the role
- Lead the configuration, management, and support of our One Identity ARS platform
- Ensure secure, automated, and efficient Active Directory (AD) administration
- Support identity lifecycle processes and access governance within the enterprise environment
Requirements
- Experience in Active Directory management, automation, and group policy
- Experience managing user lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and transfers
- Experience in PowerShell scripting to manage ARS policies and workflows
- Knowledge of RBAC, least privilege principles, and delegation models
- Knowledge of Windows Server OS, multi-domain, and forest environments
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Nice If You Have: Experience with Azure Active Directory and hybrid identity models
- Experience integrating work with other IAM platforms such as SailPoint or Okta
- Experience in federal, DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), or other highly regulated environments
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST, FISMA, and HIPAA
- Knowledge of identity-related protocols such as LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, and OAuth
- Knowledge of monitoring tools and integration with SIEM platforms
