About the role
- Responsible for program management and operation of the Protection Services Department, including physical security systems, vendors, risk and operation management.
- Maintains compliance with applicable regulations.
- Oversees the program management, efficiency, and effective operation of the Protection Services Department.
- Develop, implement and manage departmental operational policies and procedures.
- Prepares operational budget, and ensures operations do not exceed budget limits.
- Manages the daily activities of direct reports, guiding and advising subordinates in the more complex functions of their work.
- Serves as champion for leadership to Protection Services department through direct oversight of all operational and program management.
- Coordinate and implements operational physical security initiatives, to provide for the safety and security of all employees, clients, financial centers and other company facilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Criminal Justice or related field.
- 5 or more years physical security in financial services/banking, including supervisory experience.
- Physical Security Professional or Certified Protection Professional (Preferred)
