About the role

  • Support the end-to-end request for proposal (RFP) process for Treasury's products and services.
  • Complete compelling, client-focused RFP and proposal responses.
  • Identify and source RFP opportunities that align with business growth goals.
  • Manage RFP activities from initial receipt through final submission ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams to develop winning responses.
  • Transform complex information into persuasive written content.
  • Draft response deliverables and manage project workflows.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience in communications, finance, or related field (Required)
  • 3 or more years commercial banking, financial services, and/or a related industry such as procurement/sourcing (Required)
  • 3 or more years Request For Proposal (RFP) process management with track record of complex RFPs (Required)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills (Required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Required)
  • Able to manage complex RFPs and proposals (Required)
  • Proficiency in RFP management tools such as Loopio or Qvidian (Preferred)
