About the role

  • Be responsible for assisting in the successful planning and execution of the program's day-to-day operations
  • Serve as the technical expert to analyze and refine operational workflows
  • Create presentations, drive process improvements, and handle client requests
  • Drive operational excellence and enhance business performance
  • Develop concise and detailed PowerPoint presentations for project status communication
  • Identify, analyze, and implement process optimization opportunities within project workflows
  • Act as a key point of contact for managing ad hoc requests
  • Collaborate with program management and technical teams, ensuring project integration
  • Collect and analyze project data to create reports and inform strategic decisions
  • Facilitate client weekly status meetings

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a project engineering role within an Agile or software development environment
  • Experience creating presentations using software such as Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, and SAFe
  • Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to translate technical data into actionable business insights
  • Ability to analyze and problem-solve to identify and drive process improvements
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple ad hoc tasks effectively
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams
  • Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possession of excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or relevant Professional Certification such as Agile Scrum Master or SAFe Certification
