About the role
- Maintain responsibility for managing day-to-day maintenance operations
- Provide regular inspections of safety equipment
- Access roof and traverse through small access door
- Oversee local national grounds maintenance
- Maintain accountability for administrative duties that support maintenance actions

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing facilities maintenance
- 2+ years of experience conducting routine inspections of living quarters
- experience responding to facility emergencies
- knowledge of general facilities maintenance
- ability to forecast facility maintenance needs
- ability to work independently
- ability to move items up to 100 lbs
- ability to travel to OCONUS locations, including austere locations in South Asia, up to 90% of the time
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
