Leads, collaborates, or drives Treasury Management process improvement and moderate sized projects.
Representing the line of business for cross-functional projects, leads LOB projects internally and/or with a cross-functional team.
Assesses and determines line of business impact and requirements.
Ensures project outcomes are customer-centric and meet all regulatory and compliance requirements.
Develop or partner with Learning & Development on training initiatives, procedures, and processes associated with the projects or changes.
Provides day-to-day leadership for additional responsibilities and project work assigned to Treasury Management teammates.
Serves as an operational subject matter expert and resource for Treasury Management.
Provides guidance and expertise for simple to complex operational issues.
May research or escalate more complex issues to provide resolution.
Conducts regular reviews of Treasury Management operations and monitors controls (both remote and in-person).
Champions a culture of customer experience, compliance, and operational integrity.
Remains informed and up to date with all bank and regulatory requirements.
Assesses Treasury Management of the business for operational and regulatory compliance.
Coaches and ensures area of responsibility to meet expectations by appropriately balancing operations, sales, and customer experience.
Designs materials and host trainings for assigned Treasury Management or area of the business on important changes and/or hot topics in operations and compliance.
On a quarterly basis, reviews control certifications for assigned Treasury Management or areas of responsibility and prepares memos summarizing identified issues for leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience
3 or more years Treasury Management Onboarding experience.
1 or more years cross-functional project experience.
3 or more years supervisory/management experience. (Preferred)
1 or more years experience with interacting with vendors to execute project initiatives. (Preferred)
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Required)
Ability to work in a team environment, lead cross-functional partners, and adhere to tight deadlines (Required)
Strong verbal and written communication skills (Required)
Organization, planning, and multi-tasking skills (Required)
