Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Recruit for engineering, commissioning, field, and professional roles.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Deliver a positive, white-glove candidate experience.
- Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
- Support interview processes and hiring decisions.
- Partner with HR to ensure smooth onboarding transitions.
- Represent EEI at recruiting events and career fairs as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of recruiting experience (technical recruiting preferred)
- Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing multiple requisitions
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and hiring best practices
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
