About the role
- Set strategic HR vision and ensure people strategy aligns with business growth
- Lead HR strategy, workforce planning, and culture initiatives
- Oversee recruitment, benefits, compensation, and compliance
- Guide employee relations, performance management, and leadership development
- Develop training and safety programs
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and report directly to the CEO
- Oversee all aspects of HR from talent acquisition to leadership development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s/HR certification preferred)
- 10+ years in HR leadership, including 5+ in a senior role
- Strong business acumen, ideally in engineering consulting or a related field
- Proven success in shaping HR strategy and advising executives
- Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and communication skills
