About the role
- As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the voice and creative engine behind our proposals and marketing efforts. Transform RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs into compelling, strategic proposals that showcase EEI’s expertise. Design graphics, layouts, and marketing materials that stand out. Build and maintain EEI’s social media presence to tell our story in authentic and engaging ways. Partner across departments (and sometimes with clients, architects, or teaming partners) to bring our vision to life. Support trade shows, brochures, white papers, and press releases that keep EEI visible and respected in the industry.
Requirements
- Creative + Analytical – comfortable switching between design work and technical details. Deadline-Driven – thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Tech-Savvy – skilled with MS Office tools and Adobe InDesign (bonus points for other design platforms). Experienced – ideally 1–2 years in marketing, proposals, or social media. Experience in A/E/C (architecture, engineering, construction) is a plus. Team-Oriented – eager to contribute, collaborate, and share ideas.
