About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the execution and ongoing evolution of European therapy development initiatives focused on patient activation, referrer engagement (CATALYST), and pathway optimization
- Partner closely with commercial field teams to strengthen engagement with referring healthcare professionals (HCPs)
- Own and continuously optimize HCP engagement strategies
- Manage the development, adaptation, and deployment of marketing and educational assets
- Drive digital engagement initiatives (e.g., newsletter campaigns and ongoing HCP communication)
- Act as a central coordination point across a highly matrixed organization
- Serve as a key point of contact for assigned European markets
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree with strong experience in marketing/ therapy development/ HCP engagement, or other related roles
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to translate complex scientific/clinical information into clear, impactful messaging
- Experience working in or closely with field/commercial teams
- Solid project management skills
- Understanding of cardiovascular space / TAVI / structural heart is a plus
- Familiarity with digital engagement tools, content platforms, or CRM-based campaigns
