About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive critical business activities to ensure planning and execution of key sales and marketing strategies
Develop and maintain the US pricing and rebate model
Build compensation plans for the US sales and clinical team
Create sales analytics for the business including dashboards and reports
Act as a systems lead to create automated sales performance and reporting systems
Manage territory alignment process based on sales leadership recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Minimum eight (8) years’ related experience in sales operations, business strategy and/or financial planning
Advanced proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, Oracle, JDE, MIDAS, Tableau, ELBIS, Salesforce.com, or QlikView preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word, Copilot etc)
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to think strategically and connect insights across the business
Demonstrated credibility, integrity, and a track record of delivering results
