About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan HRIS projects and activities while developing solutions that add value to Edwards employees and stakeholders
Provide direction and guidance to smaller project teams to execute tactical HRIS projects and/or initiatives
Identify and interpret trends and patterns to help influence changes to the operations, process, or programs
Identify and evaluate HRIS process improvements and/or course correction/course alignment opportunities
Create and maintain proper documentation related to HR systems
Partner with other SMEs outside of HR (IT, Legal, Finance, etc) to provide HR with more robust analytics
Develop thorough understanding of HR-related data and create complex queries to extract data for comprehensive analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in related field
8 years of experience in related analytics experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria
Proven successful project management skills
Proven expertise in MS Office Suite and related systems
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills
Extensive knowledge of HR analytics and systems
Extensive knowledge of data constructs, system interfaces, and reporting capabilities
