About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the Finance integration leader for end-to-end integration programs for acquired businesses
Influence integration results through expert judgement, structured governance, and cross-functional orchestration
Facilitate steering committee and executive updates
Partners with Corporate Development, Finance, HR, IT, and business units
Translate deal rationale and strategic objectives into actionable financial integration plans
Advise senior leadership and facilitate development of business cases
Lead end-to-end finance program management for M&A initiatives
Design, Develop and maintain detailed project plans
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and internal/external partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in related field
A minimum of twelve years experience of hands on experience managing large to midsize projects and/or programs of increasing complexity or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria
