About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with heart teams to optimize patient management by identifying barriers, delivering targeted recommendations, and collaborating cross‑functionally to implement streamlined solutions
- Deliver high‑impact clinical education to heart teams across disease state, patient identification, treatment options, timing of intervention, and application of clinical evidence to support confident decision‑making
- Lead education on post‑procedural recovery and discharge to enable safe transitions of care, effective follow‑up, and consistent post‑operative management
- Build and sustain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (e.g., physicians, valve clinic coordinators, imagers, and key staff) through regular in‑person and virtual engagement
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and refine high‑quality HCP education materials
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in the analysis of your area to ensure alignment with cross‑functional plans to implement strategy
- Establish timelines and manage key deliverables to ensure alignment with overall objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree & a minimum of 10 years related experience OR equivalent based on Edwards criteria
- Ability to travel up to 80%
- Structural Heart Valve Clinic Coordinator experience (Preferred)
- Structural heart nurse, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience (Preferred)
- Interventional cardiology experience (Preferred)
- Previous mitral & tricuspid therapy experience (Preferred)
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Negotiating and relationship management skills
