About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate actionable insights to support commercial strategy, performance management, and market expansion
- Develop and maintain standardized reporting frameworks for sales, marketing, and channel performance
- Curate and maintain business-ready datasets, ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability across markets
- Establish and optimize data pipelines to enable continuous insight generation
- Build and enhance dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., CRM, BI platforms) to track key commercial KPIs
- Collaborate with in-region Commercial Excellence, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to regional and country leadership teams
- Identify opportunities to future-proof the region in analytics capabilities
- Drive adoption of analytics outcomes and best practices across markets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, or commercial operations
- Experience working in a regional / multi-country environment (Asia-Pacific preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake data warehouse and modern data platforms preferred
- Experience in developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and other BI tools
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is desirable
