About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a strategic partner in Global and Regional FP&A projects
- Lead FP&A initiatives that improve forecast accuracy and reduce cycle times
- Drive adoption of innovative technologies and self-service analytics
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency FP&A processes
- Perform month-end and quarterly accounting activities and reconciliations
- Partner with BI infrastructure teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Several years of experience as a Financial Analyst or within Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Fluent English communication skills
- Proven ability to partner across Finance, IT, and Business teams
